Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, required.

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Experience with non-profit financial management.

Solid understanding of general ledger, payroll and accounting principles.

Proven accounting and financial management experience.

Provide budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to Executive Director and the Board of Directors.

Work with Executive Director and leadership team to develop and manage organizational budgets, including budgets and financial reporting required for grants.

Manage and coordinate work of outsourced accounting firm.

Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements.
